Gel-X extensions
Gel-X is a full-cover soft gel tip that is pre-shaped and bonded to your natural nail with gel adhesive. It weighs less than acrylic, does not have that strong monomer smell and soaks off in about 20 minutes, so your natural nails are not filed down to nothing.
Extra-long XL tips add $10
We carry Gel-X in short, medium and long lengths across coffin, almond, square and stiletto shapes. Every set includes gel color. Add chrome, french or art to make it yours, and come back in three to four weeks for a fresh set or a soak-off.

How the appointment runs

We size a tip for every nail and trim it to your chosen length.
- 02Prep
Light etch of the surface shine only, dehydrator and primer.
- 03Bond
Each tip is filled with gel and cured in place so there are no air pockets.
- 04Color and finish
Gel color, art if booked, top coat and oil. Walk out with length that feels natural.

Three to four weeks. After that the growth gap becomes visible and the tips can start to lift at the cuticle.
It is lighter, faster to remove and gentler on the nail plate. Acrylic can be stronger for very long, heavy-use nails. We do not currently offer acrylic, but our Gel-X long sets hold up very well.
Gel-X is designed to be removed and reapplied rather than filled. Removal is quick and gentle, so a fresh set every visit keeps the shape looking sharp.
